I've looked online and all i can find is 2 parts gin to 1 part Treacle and thats listed as cornish, although no mention of drinking it with hot water?

I'll have a rewatch fella and see. I remember it having rum, the juice and zest of a whole lemon but can't remember if there was anything else, sounded yummy though.

Ruth says juice and zest of lemon, then as much brandy and rum as you can fit with a good helping of suger. Not very precise, but if its rum and brandy I guess you don't need to be as there both quite sweet.

wicked cheers ;) must give this a go, bottle of rum and brandy plus a lemon on the list for later when i go the shop :D

Well its all made :D
juice and zest of one lemon, helping of sugar and a bottle of brandy and a bottle of rum
