I believe this is a rare black model of the contract version of the Lowe Alpine Stingray, used by the Dutch Marines. Original pack is discontinued, but a real solid option.
Great smaller version of the bergen with a proper adjustable back system to suit tall or short, unlike a lot of the smaller 'bushcraft' or tac packs (e.g. Centurio, Sabre etc). Has two removable aluminium stays that can be shaped, and a APS 3 adjustable harness. Not to overstate it, but the belt on this actually does a good job of transferring to the hips, and doesn't rely on your belt kit to bear weight.
Like the bergen, it has removable side pockets (10 litres each) which zip off and into a 20L assault / patrol pack. Main pack is 55 litres. Molle on the front of the pack
