Am having a clobber clear out.
Lowe Alpine Salient in DPM camo.
Near-mint condition. Hard to find nowadays.
Purchased for an equipment presentation and never used.
I took it for a short "test-drive", at a leisurely pace in dry conditions for an hour or so.
Very comfortable pack. Huge capacity, at least 80 litres but with an extendable lid. Adjustable back.
Straps for attaching MOLLE type pouches. Hip belt can take pouches too (US or old type Dutch Army pouches with ALICE clips)
It has a number written on it, not sure what that's for, possibly a contract number.
Inside the P.U. coating has recently become quite tacky due to storage in the tropics but would likely go dry again when aired and used in a temperate climate. Definitely need to use a bergen liner though.
Made in Lowe's Vietnam factory, to a very high standard of workmanship.
Bright DPM Camo colour, probably for the Dutch Army.
Label, repair patch, zip pulls and two short utility straps included.
