Is it wrong to have inappropriate thoughts about a machine? That second one's giving me quite a few

Discovery --- gearbox on its way out and boot floor is rotten. Look closely at the photos

Ninety (not 90) -- should be on Q plates? New chasis and a different engine and changes to transmission to what was available for that model, it may not have enough points to retain orginal age plate. 200TDi was not available on the Ninety or 0ne Ten it came in the the Defender changes in 1990. Same as putting new chasis and 200Tdi in a Series motor

how can you tell the gearbox is on the way out from the pictures ?

description. Notchy 2nd gear due to wear adn tear. As its 2nd gear and its "off road " prepared I'd guess its done a fair bit off road.

Its over priced. Having seen what has been replaced in the last year, i'm guessing the genuine reason for sale is it is about to turn into a complete money pit. I suspect it was bought this year (for about £2000 if that) and had all the toys added, then started to go wrong. And now the owner whant to get rid and try and get some of his toys money back as well.

Or it could jsut be me being cyincial having owned 300TDi Disocs
