I have a full size of this if needed. Springbok and Gemsbok.
Very impressive collection Nomad. I am curious where you were and how long it took to take them all.
Looks like Etosha, C_Claycombe?
Thanks, I was lucky to be able to spend three and a half years bimbling around Africa and the Middle East living out of a Land Rover. This included a year managing a remote National Park in northern Malawi and spending as much time as possible in camping in NPs and elsewhere in the bush.
The pictures are from all over - our extremely meandering and often circular route took us from Namibia, up through ZA, Mozambique, Malawi, Zambia, Botswana, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Sudan, Egypt, Jordan and Israel. Outside the expensive Kenyan and Tanzanian NPs, others (esp ZA/Namibia and Botswana - if you know how the Botswana Parks booking system works - Mrs N is excellent at this), can be amazing value for money if you have your own transport.
Photography is a passion of mine and having almost limitless time in the bush means that I have an awful lot of photos, I put a small selection on Flickr (link below).

These pictures formed the basis of a talk I was asked to give at the Royal Geographical Society in London (I hate public speaking!) and quite a few have been published in guide books and academic research but it is just a hobby
