Looking for leather craftsman to create a backpack using bulls leather?

Hi, I have acquired quite a few pieces of high quality chemically treated bulls leather, From my work place that where going to be thrown away, I am looking for someone that if i send the leather and a design would it be possible for them to create a backpack?

Looking for reliable, skilled craftsmen around manchester area if possible.
