this is the pattern that i've been playing around with, the tutorial goes into pretty good detail about re-sizing, but i'd guess that the sizes shown on there would be about right for you, i'm 5'11" 38" chest and it fits me fine. feel free to PM with any questions, i might not have answers but i've made a few of these now so know a little bit.
