Looking for a small nylon pouch for mini first aid kit

Hopefully you won't need to use a small FAK often so these bags should meet your needs. Those left over will be ideal for storing the likes of hot chocolate powder/instant oats+dried milk mixes et al.

There are the Ortlieb A6 pouches (sold as document bags or snack bags), there is a range of sizes the A6 is the smallest I believe at 15cmx11cm (approx 6’’x 4.5’&#8217, they are really durable and tough, waterproof, and thin/flat like an envelope as you requested, they are also clear so you can see inside them from the outside. About £10. They are great for all manner of things.

Ok so the sterile water eye wash was a bit ambitious, but everything else fit in just fine (and it was intended to only be very basic)
