Looking for a game prep course, ideally SE or South UK

Hi All, in my never ending quest to try different things and expand my trained scope, I am looking for a game prep and butchery course to take, ideally in the south east or southern England. I would be looking for a course which includes gutting/plucking, skinning and jointing/butchering a game animal, ideally small deer, rabbit, or fowl, or a combination.

Could any of you recommend such a course? My preferred timeline would spring/summer 2016.

Bob, most game birds are close season by the end of Feb but they work the same as domestic fowl or pigeon which can be practiced at any time. Roe (buck only) opens in April. Bunnies are any time.

No problems - if you can't find anything course wise a domestic fowl keeper or shooter should be able to sort you somehands on prep of chooks, bunnies or skyrats.
