Is it some kind of farriers tool or an early version of a SAK? A bit of googling turns up H.E. Kettle as a hardware store in Maidstone established in 1917.

What are the other two long attachments, I can't quite make them out with the flash glare

theres a bottle opener,philips and a flat head, nice little tool, dont really have a use for it though
