Withdrawn Long Back PLCE DPM Bergan good condition

As title, this is for a friend that is going to be doing lots of mileage, so bag needs to be in full standard working order.
Must be genuine issue PLCE Long back (please send pic of tag under lid.)
Alloy frame must be present.
all zips and clips not broken and working as expected.
straps all good, no cut down and worn out.
NO modifications.
doesnt need side pouches.
Some ink is fine.
and normal wear and tear considered.
Will need to be posted unless in Kent and can be collected.
