Just saw a TV episode of a new Discovery channel series called Lone Target. It's about some ex-military guy being hunted down by an Africa anti-poaching team, reality TV style. It looks good fun to watch. I think there was a similar UK TV series called Hunting Chris Ryan years ago. It does mention tracking a fair bit.
