Loch tinker

Hi there,has anyone visited the small loch that sits above loch chon(loch tinker) ive wanted to go and have a look around it so maybe tuesday.
The climb from the road looks a bit steep through the trees but its not to far,if it looks worth it where can i find out if i need a permit to fish in the season.
