Little help.... fungi id

Hi

I was wondering if anyone had any idea what this could be. I've recentluy started growing organic veg in my back garden and came out yesterday morning to find these growing in my pot of lemon thyme. Ive also noticed a few in the grass today. Anyone any ideas? The underside is black. The large one has now shrivelled to nothing (it's gone all black and shrivelled).
Are they poisen? Will it still be safe to eat the lemon thyme that's in the pot with them?
I don't know if this is relevant buut the compost i'm using is an organic, wood based, peat free kind of thing? I have no idea where these have come from i just went out in the morning and there they were??? Any help would be much appreciated. I'm just a little concerned coz this is growing around things i'm planning to eat.

It looks like a little tiddy coprinus, don't know which one. plicatilis or something.
