Leather as expensive dog food!

Just before Christmas I sold a couple of my samosa purses to someone, who was very pleased with them as gifts for his daughter, and his mother. I got an email from him a couple of days later to say that all that was left was a brass popper - the dog had eaten them - and could he have a couple more!

I made a set of personalised drinks coasters for one of the guitarists in our band, for his birthday, but he admitted last night that his dog had eaten them.

Anybody else have their lovingly crafted leatherwork turned into dog food?

Geoff

Was drying out a load of sinew and the temptation was just too much for the dog. Managed to just about 6 feet and pull it from the rafters of the garage.
She has also had a few goes at various leather sheathes.
