Been offered a couple.

I am not a metalworker but I have head they are handy for blades.

Should I pick them up and bring to the Moot?

Among the First Nations people of the Pacific Northwest, leaf spring is the metal of choice
as each carving apprentice is supposed to make their own elbow adze blade and D-adze blade.

An adze as a carving tool does not seem to have much place in bushcraft on any continent.

If it costs nothing, bring them along. Might as well given to a bladesmith as tossed in the trash.

Some of the hobby metal bashers might want them. They can be very handy and generally good steel, assuming there are no internal flaws.

I'll not though as i prefer virgin steel of known quality
