...a local dressmaker modded mine. Well I supplied a zip and explained the wheres and whys, and had a great job done.
To get extra space without the hassle and weight/bulk of side walls; use an external A frame for the tent and hang from that. Stuff a sock or similar in the apex and wrap some cord around the bulb. A frame can be local wood so you're not even carrying that?

What size of zip did you put on it, and where did you get it?, I think I may have gotten someone to do it for me

@scottisha5
tried to buy several of them some month ago. I guess he got them and should slowly be pretty professional with them.

I think it's the best to wait a moment for him. Not everybody looks always in his email and this forum.

A big heavy duty plastic one! Measure the length you want, and I suggest have one with a fixed end, not separating, and have that at the apex, with 6 inches or so, spare. They are available all over the internet, just type in heavy duty zips or similar?

Don't Fabsil it until it needs it...or if it needs it.....

Now modding my second one...…...I'm going to zip front AND back with separating zips and put 4 zips in the arm apertures. Again I will have short paracord loops from the eyelets, and use an A frame...…...:)

Why not? Like the idea of double zip, I'm going for para cord and some elasticated cord combo
