Larger base camp? Style hobo stove

I bought a cheap style stainless crockpot at bootsale for £2,and I wondered if it would be possible to make a larger version of a hobo stove ,as a giggle for the garden,even though we have a firepit and large bbq,
it is quite thin so wondered if it would distort or hole,and I wouldn't want to waste it,as could use it for something else.

Thank you chaz,that's food for thought,I was thinking of either trying to utilise the lid,or maybe some holes drilled up top,tent peg supports with mesh on top.it won't be done for while,I still have to make small version out of utensil holder I've had for months.

Someone made one in the hobo gallery, a catering tin from beans and a large beer keg for about 10 pints that you sometimes see in supermarkets. Just an over size woodgas.
