Hi all,

I'm still well pleased with the results of my first knife handling project - The Bushcraft Store Boar.

Now I want to have a go at a few kitchen knives - a nice chefs knife for my partner, a small sharp vegetable / paring type for my mum.

Brisa.fl do them - Does anyone know of a UK based supplier of kitchen knife blanks? I'd like to be able to get them to (probably widen) the holes in the tang to 1/4 inch, so I get to use my mosaic pins.

I'd also like them to sharpen them for me - I have no means of doing this - the grinding I think! I can sharpen them forever, I'd need them to "create" the edge first though if that makes sense.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Brady

Cheers all, I'm grateful for the directions! Dave Budd, I've kept your site for future!

Well English Handmade Knives it is, looks like I still won't get use out of my 1/4" pins though. I'll save them for another knife, it's getting tedious asking people the sizing of holes in tangs!

Thanks again

Brady
