Hi all
I have some slabs of bangkirai left, perfect size to make scales with. Bangkirai (hardwood) has a somewhat natural tendency to repel water, which is why it is used a lot for garden furniture and patio's etcetera. I've never seen it used as a wood to make a knife handle with. Anyone of you who has tried it? Succesful or is it too hard to process nicely? (Google didn't show much, as did the search bar on this site)
Thanks!
