Got a good friend who is a Cabinet maker, he makes truly stunning items, and generously, gives me lots of wood to play with.

I made him this as a thanks, with some of the walnut and yew he gave me:

No, Devals are made by Stuart Mitchell, those look like Duncan aka FYGT from Dorset Woodland blades, work

They are actually my design for a deer stalking knife, with input from a friend who is a full time stalker.

There are a few knocking about here, but this lot are all with deer stalkers. Duncan does make them for me.

Very nice indeedy buddy. I bet it fits great in the hand!

I'm loving the scales in the last picture (third in) ?

Cheers mate, John seemed happy today and is off to whittle - normally he is in his workshop.

That third wood is spalted beech, just bought another shed load of it from Pikebite. The man does immense wood.
