that's what I thought, but I think there's some law where you also have to have good reason for carrying it, gone are the days of having a pen knife in your pocket for the times you happen to need one. like in an emergency or survival situation.

That is what I was thinking, I agree with him that it is an entirely stupid law. I think it is ridiculous that he is arrested for an SAK if the story is true.

As I recall, this case was much discussed on BB.
There is far more to it than has been reported by the Daily Mail.
