Kitting out an army?

So if you had limitless funds and you were trying to kit out an army what kit would you buy.
All of the bases must be covered such as:
Personal cooking
Bags/rucksacks etc
Clothing
Footwear
Any more areas that are not mentioned above

Non of the kit has to be available in bulk just as long as it is on the market.
