pop a weld in it if they dont take it back, that will seal it
I'm not a welding expert but isn't the Kelly Kettle aluminium alloy? Would you be able to weld that as I've heard it's difficult?

hi all i got this welcome response from Kelly kettle. i will let you all know how it goes but it does look promising . thanks to the mod for shifting it to the place this thread belongs and thanks for all your replies
I am sorry to hear about your problem. A leak on the inner or outer wall is
indeed unusual and very rare. Sounds like a weak spot in the metal
sheeting.
It's best that we replace the body of the kettle for you.
I assume that your base is fine albeit blackened now from use!
Let me have your shipping address and contact number and I'll arrange to get
a replacement over to you.
Please accept my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused due to the
faulty product.
Kind regards,
Patrick Kelly
