Just finished my second knife

I was told in my last tread this was addictive and my wife has already told me we need a knife free day. I'm still using hard files (un heat treated) but I have heaved the time. I have got 01 tool steel but no way to heat treat it so job for the future. I had one freaky reaction to showing off my first knife has any one seen this ?

i anneal/heat treat in the bbq with an airbed pump ,....

This is embarrassing I bought the wood from a supplier exotic hard wood and the sticker was lost I think it was cocobolo. Brass shim. Conveyor belt for black spacer

Working on my second knife too but struggling with the bevels, using a b*stard file ATM but could really do with a grinder i think
