interesting stuff be hard to hold though , I saw some napped blades at the knife show they were great wish I could have bought one

So - when the Bible says Samson slew the Philistines(?) with an Asses jawbone could it be they meant something like this?
Interesting knives but they look very uncomfortable to use!

mmmm, I have used a jawbone as a saw before, but never as a knife handle.
