I just bought a folding saw from Axminster Power tools. I am a tree surgeon and have used many, bahco/sandvik included and this saw is sharper than my silky gomtaro 330mm which i use a lot for many jobs up trees if its small stuff, as it is so efficient, light and much safer.
This folding saw from axminster is seriously razor sharp, you can cut through things an inch thick in one pull stroke very easily. The teeth size are tappered along the blade length making it easy to start cutting.
It cost me around £24 but its great. Its well built, a strong alloy casting with a secure and simple locking mechansim and the handle is comfy and dificult to lose in leaf mould!
Worth having a look if anyone is about to purchase a hand saw! Not sure its on the website but its in their catalogue which is easy to order, it also has cheap spoon knives £10 and other bits if anyone is looking, worth having a look through.
Hope this is of some help to someone.
