Looks pretty much like a Hibachi BBQ, should be simple enough to use.

These look similar to the various table top charcoal stoves you see on Floyd goes drinking around the med and other such programmes. I've always fancied one but not sure exactly what they are of it the ones for sale in the UK are what you see in the programmes.
The Jamaican guy who sets up each week down the road just cooks his wares on a couple of old wheels.
