Indeed - must be nice not having all the NIMBY planners and snoopers telling you what you can and can't do on your own land! My attitude (and that of mu neighbours thankfully) is "so long as it doesn't impact on me, do what you like on your land". By impact I mean noise, smell, pollution etc. Other than that - have at it!
