Indian Tiffin as a billy replacement.

With some mod's this could be a good replacement for a standard billy, Essentially this is just a nested set of pan's from what I have been told and I am in half a mind to hit buy it now.

@ 4" X 2", too small to use as a billy can really. I used them sometimes when working night shifts to take supper in with me, different meal components in different trays sort of thing.

Only for campsite camping. Bulky and why do you need so many containers - a billy and a mug should do.

Great for picnics though. You can get larger ones too

Well I was thinking a nesting set of pan's that can double as food storage to keep space down in the pack etc, I normally use a billy and a mug but this seemed ideal to keep the bag neat.
If you can get larger ones / at least a taller bottom "pan" I would like to see it.

You can, they're called Zebra Billys.
Which are essentially the Thai version of the same thing.
Zebra also make tiffin tins.
