While I agree with the speaker I still might add one point about the video. He discusses whether the differences are due to biology or socio-environmental. Unfortunately those are not completely separate in that the each will always influence the other:
1) Socio-environmental differences were developed, and continue to evolve, around the biological differences
2) Biological differences evolve around the socio-environmental normal as those most “normal” are the ones most likely to mate andreroduce

I think you'll need to watch more as he has most definitely done his research.
