Ikea heads up!

The missus just did her Ikea shopping expedition (thankfully I got out of it). And although they didn't have the cloudberry jam I wanted, they did have Elk and Pork mix salami... I'd tried the reindeer one before (which was excellent). Cant wait to try the new one.. These are gorgeous kebeb cooked over a fire (ray mears style)!
Last much longer than those smoked sausages. And good long sell by date also!

Lingonsilt is the thing I get from the IKEA food shop, wild lingonberry/cowberry sauce/jam thing that is great with all sorts of stuff, use wherever you would use redcurent jelly or branston pickle. Great value too.
