I love goose eggs and duck eggs. I usually try the farm shops locally as i like to get free range eggs. I get very large chook eggs from the same place. Half a dozen Guinea Fowl eggs make a nice fry up btw.

They had chicken, goose and duck eggs for sale at the Old Station House pub, Blackmoor Gate. Not sure if they have them all the time.

Cracking beer and grub there by the way.

Don't quote me SB but i am sure it's about 3-4, maybe 5 hours, then another hour or so till the egg is cool enough to touch.

After extensive research (i.e. I typed 'boil emu egg' into Google and looked at the first result in the list) it appears 1h 45m is what a medium-sized emu egg needs.

All I need now is an emu egg.

Cant help with Emu but the goose was 14mins and maybe better at 12
But still awesome.
