I've just obtained about 20kg of Lego which I'm going to give to a deserving young individual. Now Lego isn't just the rectangular blocks that I remember from my childhood, there are now numerous 'themed' pieces of all sorts of shapes and sizes. I'd like to sort the Lego into some sort of order with each type of brick/piece in a transparent jar. Can anyone recommend some clear, plastic screw top jars suitable for this purpose, my Google Fu has let me down!

You could get a large tool box or something similar with sealable compartments.

I'm sure the individual in question is going to be very happy with that gift. Lego is a wonderful gift that provides hours of entertainment and good exercise for a young mind.

I suggest appropriately sized boxes by "lok n lok" or "really useful boxes". They stack much better than jars (and are clear to see contents). Both come in a large variety of sizes.

Wonderful gift, lego, like mechano, encourages imagination.
