I have ordered a custom leather sheath for one of my knives from a great guy in the U.S, he sent it via USPS on 5th Feb, my question is, does anyone know how long this is likley to take to arrive to the UK????

I had some thing send from the US it was posted on the 26/1 and got it on the 11/2 was probably held up in Customs

Sometimes stuff arrives so quickly you wonder how they did it, and sometimes it takes a bit longer, but a week to ten days is about par for the course.

For the most part it's not the getting here that's the problem, it getting it through the jokers in customs.

When Spyderco released their bushcraft seconds it made it from the US to UK in less than 5 days......it took another 12days to clear customs and get parcelfarce to deliver it to me.

The normal time is 6-10 days using USPS.

On Thursday at 1pm I ordered from the Net, a back up 3;6v battery, the postage was £4.99p for 3/4 day delivery or £11.99p Saturday delivery, I plumped for the 3/4 day one, it arrived the next morning.

So don't go for the Saturday option.
