Gimme some recommendations folks?
Ive been trawling amason for free kindle bokks and read a few but I'm starting to get bored of same stuff.
Any suggestions apart from romance considered.

He's done a load of books which I think you'll like.

Have you tried James Clavell's Shogun? I can also recommend any by Conn Iggulden, Stephen Lawhead and Bernard Cornwell

The Morality Play by Barry Unsworth. [Do you remember seeing a film called The Reckoning, set in 14th century northern england?]
Thats the book, from which the film derived, shortlisted for the booker.
Great little novel.
