some poor old dear knocked this old deer over this afternoon,the old dear was ok just a bit shocked but the other old deer wasnt so good so i said i would take care of it as a knew a vet,well actually i know a lass called Evette which sounds the same ,the old deer was dead in just a minute ,(not the old dear),so the old dear went her way and the old deer went mine,guess what ive got for tea?

yep all prepped into roasting joints and trims minced in 1 hour which is a record for me,gave a bit to some old folks i visited this evening they were very happy with it and the old boy insisted i tried some of his home made wines ............. feeling wobbly now!

Each to their own. Hanging is a fine art and best done in a chiller. We aren't as resistant to bugs these days as we were 100 years ago.

we never hang any game here,dont like the taste much.
