Headlamps used in sailing tend to have red as first modes, so if working nightshift on deck can try and retain low light vision. Decathalon's Forclaz HL900 is one IIRC
At the flashlight enthusiast level, there is Hank's dual channel right angle light.
Can configure it with two W2 Green LEDs, and 2 White.
Edit: There's probably an ArmyTek Wizard with green too.
