Great post and I'm glad you had such a good time!
Having your own dogteam is great but it does limit you from doing anything else so I think that this is probably the best option. Have all the fun and leave all the tedious work to someone else!

Thank you so much for the photo's and information. It looks as though it was a fantastic holiday. That is something I would genuinly love to do. My favourite picture is the one of the dog curled up in the snow.

Looks like you had a great experience certainly one I would love to do.

I took my daughter to see the Husky dog rally near Aviemore this year (as I'd been promising for ages) and now she is desperate to go on a husky holiday.
I don't know whether to show her this thread or not. She'd love the pictures but will then ask constantly when we could go.
