The main thing im worried about it items being stolen, so i'll probably place valuables at the bottom of the rucksack. And a padlock in the opener.
One advantage i will have is a UN adress on my rucksack. This often deterrs and wrong-doers anyway, and often gets you through the whole system a lot quicker. If i manage to get a UN passport, then i'd have to rouble travelling at all...
