I haven’t watched the video, so maybe this is what Red has done. When I moved to this present address I went onto the licensing website and filled out a form stating I did not require a licence. I was then given a letter with an ID number on it. I’ve never had a single letter or visit.

Me too, I don't have the patience to sit and watch now, I'm always itching to get on with something else far more rewarding. !
I do listen to radio 4 and 4 extra though.

We've not had a TV license our whole married life (28 years) and it's served us well.
