I just caught the sloes this year there were a lot rotten but the ones i did get will be going to into brandy.
i just got some today, slightly bleted and sweet and stickey, not many though so will have to get round to my "hidden" spot 2moz...
We've made a few bottles, and -obviously - couldn't resist opening one already. SWMBO suggested trying it as a sloe gin and tonic. Utterly lush.
