so I am stuck in hospital with a broken tibia, having some scaffolding put in tomorrow, looks like I'm going to challenge myself to read every post on bcuk, made a healthy start and there are some very knowledgeable people on here, think I will learn some top tips in the next few days!!

the nurses are great here, ugly as sin but very good at there jobs.

I used the ones from my arm as a key ring for about 10 years , still got them kicking about in a box somewhere .
If they are stainless steel they will be coming out but if it's titanium they will stay in .
