Just giving a review for my latest piece of tech:
www.amazon.co.uk/TripMate-Wireless-Portable-5200mAh-Storage/dp/B00DTPYRTI

£30

If you don't think tech and bushcraft mix stop reading and go sharpen your axe. However if you're still with me...

This is a really useful bit of kit. The main reason I got it is that we go family camping a lot to places with wifi that charge by the connection. The hootoo lets me connect up to 5 devices to a single wifi or LAN connection avoiding having to pay for extra devices connections. It basically creates my own personal wifi network piggybacking someone else's.

Whether connected to the Internet or not It can create a personal cloud allowing me to plug in a usb drive so my boys can watch films on their tablets in the car with no wires.

It'll charge a smartphone a couple of times.

It's dinky, about the size of a Milky Way.

It has apps available for both iOS and android.

I've had multiple devices connected to it streaming different movies.

The battery life (so far) is very good!

So if your family has multiple devices and you want to keep things easy I'd certainly recommend this.

That looks handy, it'll improve my useless Home Hub coverage in the house for a start, it'll also be handy at work I reckon.

Cheers for the heads up
