I finished my hammock at long last , some pic's of it.

In the pic below it show the hammock with the webbing ends and the zip which will hold the kip mat in place. The webbing with the loops on is for the mozzie net.

This one show the mozzie net in place with a 2 way zip(top) and the bottom zip to put the kip mat inside the hammock.

In this one, my young son is inside the hammock. Hanging from the hammock is a stuff bag i made up to keep the hammock in

And finally my son is pushing out the mozzie net.

The hammock made up measurement is
154 cm wide x 267 cm long

All i did was copy Neil1 how to make a Tai hammock on the front page (Thank you Neil1) then added the zips and net.

Wow, thats a professional looking set up, beautiful zip insertion and webbing construction!

Q Are you gonna suspend the moz net from a tarp ridgeline?
Q Can I ask where you get such a super wide moz netting from or is it seamed?

I made my gathered end hammocks but used velcro to attach the moz net (it has a ridgeline off just below the karabinas to hold it up, not ideal tbh).... everyone at the meet is woken by the ripping noise when I surface ;)

Thank you Turbogirl for the comment.

Yes to the Q on the ridegline will have to have a play with that.
I got the moz net form a lady who runs a market stand it is 160 wide , and the zip's came from another place they were cheaper than velcro per mtr.
