Hollow ground spoon knife

Hi folks. I'm wondering if any of you can put me onto a maker of hollow ground spoon knives?

I've enjoyed my wood tools spoon knife a lot but with such regular use it's becoming a pain to sharpen so often.

I've checked Nic Westermanns site and it seems there is a huge waiting list. I'm really struggling to find any other makers of these that are available in the UK, I'd really appreciate some help!

Ben Orford does a good selection of spoon knives. They're well-made, come reassuringly sharp and with handles! It might be worth trying him.

Drop @Dave Budd a message. He does a lot of different spoon knives and scorps that are very shiny and sharp

I would add my recommendation for Dave Budd. Based in Devon. He makes good tools that stay sharp.
