Being bored over the holiday I made myself yet another Hobo Stove.
I just spent most of today up in the woods and used the new stove for the first time (the water bottle and mug were Xmas prezzies :)

The Hobo was made from a cutlery drainer, the pot from a charity shop coffee can and a knitting needle. All work done with an Aldi Dremmel clone.
Cost - about £5 all told :)

Looks great John. I've had a one of those cutlery drainers sat around for ages for making one of these. Need to get my hands on a Dremel...

I put a post up a few days ago with my hobo stove very similar apart from the legs which are very cool. You can get the cutlery pots from asda and ikea for anyone who wants to give this a go. Good mods dude👍

Anyone know a good way to cut the strainers without a Dremel? Tried with a hacksaw but I botched it.

Thanks a lot John! I have to hunt around the shed for nuts and bolts for the eldest, he is only 12 and made his first a few weeks a go, now he wants a bigger door and a proper go in the woods "Not just in the garden"
