You attach them to a single line hammock like a Hennessy, go through the webbing, pull tight and back into the device. To lock it. About £13-15 shipped from the USA to the UK!

So quick and easy... Though I know some of you use them as I've seen them mentioned before...
 
Sanji - yep these are the monsters too.

Not quite the same - they've got a set of teeth which grip the rope which don't damage it. - I then tie off with two half hitches just to make sure. The whole point of posting was to raise awareness of them!

They sound very similar to the fig9s then, I'll keep my eye out for them now I've been made aware ;)
 
They're not that big - the rating is 500lbs, so more than enough for the human body. There's one set which are much smaller but max out at about 14st...
