has it as a "carrot" knife, given that http://www.hilleshog.com/ is a seed/root company from Sweden, and Hilleshog is a place in Sweden, I'd guess its a promo item from the company, looks very nice...
I wonder if your grandfather had any links with the beet industry in Norfolk? (making an assumption based on your location)
