I don't know for sure, but it terms of geography Moscow is in Europe

My (ex) geography teacher wife (ex teacher not ex wife ) tells me I am wrong; the Ural Mountains are the dividing line apparently and Mosco is West of the Urals so, therefor, in Europe!
